"If I could have used it my review would be different. When I received my shipped order 2 of the handsoaps were empty and my Narcissist laundry soap was cracked and saturated with the hand soap’s that were empty. I emailed customer service but never received a reply. So I can not review this product as I was not able to use it."
"Ordered online and the laundry detergent I received was either old or not properly mixed. Contacted the company by email and Delaney originally refused to refund or replace the 3, of the four detergents that were in question. After my persistence she so gracefully offers me a whole $16 refund on a $65 order that I was unable to use. Buff City Soaps have officially lost me as a client."
"My laundry smells amazing! I no longer have to use extra laundry soap to achieve great smelling clothes. I was gifted a Narcissist by a friend and once started could not stop doing laundry, until I ran out. I even rewashed clothes just so everything smells the same. "I love the soap. It cleans well and leaves a great smell. There is a little bit of a weird smell that reappears on my bath towels when they get wet again. Almost kind of a skunky like bite. Disappears as soon as they dry again. Otherwise love this detergent!!!"
"For the first time in all my orders i am extremely disappointed. When I received my 3 containers of COMMANDO Laundry Soap Plus they all had stickers on them normally reserved for liquid laundry soap. When I peeled those stickers off each container was broken! So instead of replacing the containers you chose to mail me 3 broken containers and just put stickers over the broken containers that leaked out my soap all ove! Do Better!"
"I absolutely love the Boosted detergent. I was devastated when my local store closed. I built up so many points. This detergent gets my clothes very clean and do not even need fabric softener after washing. Not to mention the scent is divine. Sadly, now I can only order it online. The fantastic quality of the product makes shipping worth every penny. I will continue to purchase."
"I absolutely love this detergent! I will say, I like a scented load so I do probably 3 tbsp instead of the called for 2 tbsp. I also choose the scent called county fair, which is a local scent here in Roanoke VA, although I think it absolutely needs to become a staple across all BCS!!! It’s incredible!"

No dryer sheets just wool laundry balls with the Narcissist scent in my dryer and my clothes come out soft, wrinkle free without all the chemicals of normal laundry products. The staff at the Bozeman, MT location are amazing! My order comes in a timely manner and packed perfectly to my home when I am unable to make the 2 hour trek to shop in person."
