"If I could have used it my review would be different. When I received my shipped order 2 of the handsoaps were empty and my Narcissist laundry soap was cracked and saturated with the hand soap’s that were empty. I emailed customer service but never received a reply. So I can not review this product as I was not able to use it."
"Ordered online and the laundry detergent I received was either old or not properly mixed. Contacted the company by email and Delaney originally refused to refund or replace the 3, of the four detergents that were in question. After my persistence she so gracefully offers me a whole $16 refund on a $65 order that I was unable to use. Buff City Soaps have officially lost me as a client."
"My laundry smells amazing! I no longer have to use extra laundry soap to achieve great smelling clothes. I was gifted a Narcissist by a friend and once started could not stop doing laundry, until I ran out. I even rewashed clothes just so everything smells the same. I am so impressed with this soap, I can never go back to using commercial brands again."
"I love the soap. It cleans well and leaves a great smell. There is a little bit of a weird smell that reappears on my bath towels when they get wet again. Almost kind of a skunky like bite. Disappears as soon as they dry again. Otherwise love this detergent!!!"
"I absolutely love this detergent! I will say, I like a scented load so I do probably 3 tbsp instead of the called for 2 tbsp. I also choose the scent called county fair, which is a local scent here in Roanoke VA, although I think it absolutely needs to become a staple across all BCS!!! It’s incredible!"
