"I love this laundry soap. It may seem like it costs more, but there are BOGO 1/2 off sales all the time, and it takes only a scoop to clean a normal size load. It lasts me a long time and the clothes come out clean and smelling great. I use the scented dryer balls to add to it."

When I received my shipped order 2 of the handsoaps were empty and my Narcissist laundry soap was cracked and saturated with the hand soap’s that were empty. I emailed customer service but never received a reply. So I can not review this product as I was not able to use it."

Contacted the company by email and Delaney originally refused to refund or replace the 3, of the four detergents that were in question. After my persistence she so gracefully offers me a whole $16 refund on a $65 order that I was unable to use. Buff City Soaps have officially lost me as a client."
