"If I could have used it my review would be different. When I received my shipped order 2 of the handsoaps were empty and my Narcissist laundry soap was cracked and saturated with the hand soap’s that were empty. I emailed customer service but never received a reply. So I can not review this product as I was not able to use it."

Contacted the company by email and Delaney originally refused to refund or replace the 3, of the four detergents that were in question. After my persistence she so gracefully offers me a whole $16 refund on a $65 order that I was unable to use. Buff City Soaps have officially lost me as a client."

"I love the soap. It cleans well and leaves a great smell. There is a little bit of a weird smell that reappears on my bath towels when they get wet again. Almost kind of a skunky like bite. Disappears as soon as they dry again. Otherwise love this detergent!!!"
"For the first time in all my orders i am extremely disappointed. When I received my 3 containers of COMMANDO Laundry Soap Plus they all had stickers on them normally reserved for liquid laundry soap. When I peeled those stickers off each container was broken! So instead of replacing the containers you chose to mail me 3 broken containers and just put stickers over the broken containers that leaked out my soap all ove! Do Better!"
