"I’ve made my own laundry soap but couldn’t get the freshness I need. Then, purchased the pods and tabs over the last seven years but they seem to leave dark spots. A few months ago, switched to Buff City Soap and haven’t bent sorry! Fresh and Clean!! And, unlike every other laundry soap, the freshness lasts in the drawers. Try it!!!"

When I received my shipped order 2 of the handsoaps were empty and my Narcissist laundry soap was cracked and saturated with the hand soap’s that were empty. I emailed customer service but never received a reply. So I can not review this product as I was not able to use it."

Contacted the company by email and Delaney originally refused to refund or replace the 3, of the four detergents that were in question. After my persistence she so gracefully offers me a whole $16 refund on a $65 order that I was unable to use. Buff City Soaps have officially lost me as a client."

When I used the Narcissist with baking soda my clothes did not smell as good as they did when my daughter gave me some. I’ve continued using, but it still doesn’t make my clothes smell good. I’m wonder if it has something to do with the baking soda. Not sure I will spend the money and 30 miles to get to the Burleson store to buy again."
