"If I could have used it my review would be different. When I received my shipped order 2 of the handsoaps were empty and my Narcissist laundry soap was cracked and saturated with the hand soap’s that were empty. I emailed customer service but never received a reply. So I can not review this product as I was not able to use it."

Contacted the company by email and Delaney originally refused to refund or replace the 3, of the four detergents that were in question. After my persistence she so gracefully offers me a whole $16 refund on a $65 order that I was unable to use. Buff City Soaps have officially lost me as a client."

This detergent gets my clothes very clean and do not even need fabric softener after washing. Not to mention the scent is divine. Sadly, now I can only order it online. "I absolutely love this detergent! I will say, I like a scented load so I do probably 3 tbsp instead of the called for 2 tbsp.
