"If I could have used it my review would be different. When I received my shipped order 2 of the handsoaps were empty and my Narcissist laundry soap was cracked and saturated with the hand soap’s that were empty. I emailed customer service but never received a reply. So I can not review this product as I was not able to use it."

Contacted the company by email and Delaney originally refused to refund or replace the 3, of the four detergents that were in question. When I used the Narcissist with baking soda my clothes did not smell as good as they did when my daughter gave me some. I’ve continued using, but it still doesn’t make my clothes smell good.
