"This has easily been my favorite product yet. Fresh Cotton and White Jasmine make a brilliant combination. I can’t stop opening the bottle to smell it over and over again. The only complaint I’ve ever found is that the names of the scents don’t always fit the vibe of what you’re getting. That said, the product itself easily exceeds my expectations."

My experience with store manager

"My experience with store manager Charlene, in Midland Texas (0298) has been the worst experience I have ever had. My order was missing the Island Nectar foaming hand soap. She explained via phone, when I reached out to inquire about an arrival date, that was why it was highlighted on the packing slip. She said it was OOS and she would make it that day. This was on 5/11. You can easily see how the 2 body butters arrived, I've never seen it look that way and the texture was gritty. I've been a customer/using it for 6 years. She sent new body butters but insisted that I had the hand soap. Why would I lie over a $9. 00 soap, there was a sale on it. When I firmly stated that I was not in possession of the soap she hung up on me. She continued to hang up on me 4 more times as I attempted to get a number for customer service. Then she threatened to call corporate to tell them that I was harassing her. I have since learned that there is no number for customer service. Charlene had told me on 5/11 that I would need to "call" customer service to have the foaming hand soap refunded. I am very surprised that Charlene is in any type of management position, she is clearly NOT suited to be one. Unfortunately, I will take my business elsewhere. I will not be called, in essence, a liar because someone, somewhere made an error. I can not express how disappointing this entire experience with her has been. Wendy C. Wasula"
