This review is for the room spray—not the body wash. But I love the laundry liquid detergent and the fabric scent laundry booster I bought."

"Narcissist is my favorite Buff City scent! Customer service had to send a replacement twice when I ordered. The first time, the bottle leaked a substantial amount out. The replacement that was sent had no scent. The 2nd replacement wasn't as strongly scented as the first bottle. I appreciate that Buff City items are made by hand but I wish there was a more accurate way to measure ingredients for each batch. The amount of scent in each bottle seems very inconsistent. Overall I love the line of products!"

Thankfully I have a buff city 10 minutes from my home so I can get what I want as it goes to at least BOGO. Its definitely a luxury buy because of the prices and quantity.
