"Great product and customer service. two bottles arrived and the bag was full of the cleaner I emailed the company had to throw away fast because they were coming for garbage I explained I didn't have time to take a picture, wasn't a problem and they sent me two new ones. I absolutely love this brand for cleaning as well use the laundry detergent, I recommend the powder, not the liquid. I also use the beads. I absolutely love this company. "The three words to use on this review are balance, feel and shipping. So let's discuss. No idea what to say about balance. Strange adjective to use for this if you ask me. Since it's a surface cleaner, I'm not really feeling it. Shipping for me is not so good as the company doesn't ship to APOs or internationally. I'll tell you this though, it smells good. I use it on the counters in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. I'm not sure if it's a great replacement for a cleaner with chems, but we are all trying to get away from chems aren't we?"
