I'm inclined to think the reviews are fake

"Heard all the hype about this product but it does not deliver. After trying multiple loads of laundry, there is no scent after wash. This is after trying different water and different soap amounts. Also, It doesn't suds or lather. Just looks like clothes moving around in water. So I wonder if it even cleans. Not worth it at 1/4 price much less list. I would not waste my money on this product."

"I went to Florida to visit my best friend and she happened to have Buff City laundry soap in her wash room. I wanted to use the fruit loop scent just because of the name. GUYS, no lie when I returned back to Ny and forgot to unpack. Long story short 2monthe later my clothes still smelled like it. Sadly I couldn’t find this scent in NY🥺. I winded up purchasing this and this scent is close to their Fruit Loops 😍😍😍"

"I was introduced to your product four years ago when I received it as a birthday present. I have NOT purchased any other laundry soap since that day. The scent is perfect for my family and as someone who suffers from rosacea, the formula works well. My break outs have almost disappeared. Thank you for such a wonderful product, just sad to see the Buffalo NY locations close down."

I loved the fragrance of

"I loved the fragrance of Persnickety. I had it shipped, as the Davenport store has permanently closed. I added 3 additional body butters in that order. I container was filled, the other container was 1/2 full, and the third container was less than half full. Very dissatisfied and dissapointed with the way the Order was filled."

Obsessed with soap

"I am obsessed. We were visiting Tennessee on a trip and stopped in to the store. We do t have on close to us in champaign, il. The sales lady gave me a sample when I bought my bath soap. I used it and was immediately impressed. I got online and bout 3 containers of laundry soap. Normally is use tide pods. And my daughter's sweaty clothes I have to was 2 or 3 times to make them smell good and clean. With the buff city soap I only had to wash once. I have recommended it to several friends. I truly wish we had a store cliser."

I have been very unhappy

"I have been very unhappy with this product. It was recommended to me because I love strong smelling laundry detergent. I cannot even smell it on my clothes after washing them much less days later like I have with other detergents. I was truly hoping I had found another detergent that I would love but it is not happening."

My sister introduced me to

"My sister introduced me to Buff City laundry soap. I've been wanting a good, Clean,affordable laundry soap that would leave my laundry and bed linens skin irritation free yet smelling fresh in the drawers and closets . The narcissist is a little strong for my nostrils so I use less and use together with some of the buff city coconut . I really wish there was a place locally that I could purchase Buff City's products and I could return the soap containers when empty. Also that I wouldn't need to do the shipping. I believe there are others in the Ontario Oregon area that would be happy to have your products available!"
