"This room spray smells amazing... but the oily and slippery residue it leaves behind makes it completely unusable. The spray pattern from the nozzle is inconsistent, and even when aiming up or into the center of a room, it seems to find hard surfaces before evaporating. This results in extra clean up need all the time of the bathroom floor, toilet lid, and countertops."

I have shaken the bottle as directed, yet it doesn’t have much of smell compared to the single scent sprays in the store. I absolutely love all things Buff City, but this one missed the mark. I was sad to learn that Bath and Body works discontinued the body spray, that was my favorite and can not find another fragrance that I like. "I was really excited to receive my order, but unfortunately the bath bomb completely broke apart during shipping and basically exploded throughout the package. It made quite a mess and obviously wasn’t usable as intended. That said, I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and initiated a replacement order, which I really appreciate. I haven’t received the replacement yet, so I can’t speak to how everything will ultimately turn out, but I wanted to give them credit for addressing the issue quickly. Hopefully the second shipment arrives safely!"
