"I was really excited to receive my order, but unfortunately one of the bath bombs completely broke apart during shipping and basically exploded throughout the package. It made quite a mess and obviously wasn’t usable as intended. That said, I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and initiated a replacement order, which I really appreciate. I haven’t received the replacement yet, so I can’t speak to how everything will ultimately turn out, but I wanted to give them credit for addressing the issue quickly. Hopefully the second shipment arrives safely!"
