"It’s smells great. I’m very bummed with customer service. I purchase laundry soap online and it was advertised as BOGO. Well after checkout it did not take the discount off my final price. I reached out via email to their customer service, sent a picture as proof of BOGO advertised, and they said “sorry”. They did not honor their mistake and just left it as that. The product smells decent but I would think twice to buy if you you ever needed customer service help."

It’s ok, smells good but not a great deal

"Not thrilled with the BOGO offer. Thought I was picking out my 2 scents. They combined it as 1 package of soap and never got to take advantage of the sale. On top of that all the stores in my area closed so buying on line is my only option. Therefore I did not receive the BOGO and I had to pay almost 10.00 for shipping. 30.00 for a detergent that leaves white spots on my black clothes is not great. We have other all natural soaps in my area that I may have to get my soap from."

Don't love Aqua Spa scent

"I love Narcissist laundry soap, but I am not a fan of Aqua Spa. I like the way it smells in the tub, but not the way it smells on my clothes after washing with it. It's odd that all scents have a 4.8 rating and all reviews are mixed together. It would be more helpful to have reviews separated by scent/product."

"Love this stuff! I have bought it in the soap, dish soap, boosters, and car freshener. I am trying to get my parents who own and appliance store in Driver, VA to become a store to sell Buff City. Appliance Service Solutions sells Speed Queen and Frigidaire washers and dryers in a small town, and I think Buff City would be a great addition to the store! We are on out 4th canister of powder. We want to wash all the things in this stuff!"

"I love that I can make my own laundry scent mix however, this order wasn’t filled to the top as the other ready made scents. The staff tried to say it was because it settled but I used my food scale and it was 2oz off. We had to go back and get it filled properly. I’m better off buying to of my favorite scents and I put them in a large container."

Live this soap

"I love the smell of this detergent and I like how clean it is it doesn’t have a residue and it’s really meant for sensitive skin. The only downside maybe to this is that it’s not good for cleaning up staining. I do have to put a stain stick before I do it or use the other laundry detergent that has baking soda in it to possibly get rid of stains"
