Great Customer Service but …..

"I ordered a white porcelain and bamboo soap dish. I got just a bamboo soap holder - no porcelain dish. I contacted customer service and they responded and had a replacement on order for me in less than 24 hours. I haven’t had responsive customer service like that in a very long time. When my replacement order arrived, it was a gray soap dish, not white like I originally ordered. So I got a replacement but it was the wrong color and doesn’t match anything in my bathroom so I’m not using it. So, on the plus side, very responsive and helpful but accurate order fulfillment is a minus. I didn’t bother contacting them again."
