"I like the Island Nectar Room Spray, but love the body spray fragrance even better. I was sad to learn that Bath and Body works discontinued the body spray, that was my favorite and can not find another fragrance that I like. Why discontinue this fragrance in the body spray and not the room spray or lotion or soap?"
"I was really excited to receive my order, but unfortunately the bath bomb completely broke apart during shipping and basically exploded throughout the package. It made quite a mess and obviously wasn’t usable as intended. That said, I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and initiated a replacement order, which I really appreciate. I haven’t received the replacement yet, so I can’t speak to how everything will ultimately turn out, but I wanted to give them credit for addressing the issue quickly. Hopefully the second shipment arrives safely!"
