I’m pretty sure these balls

"I’m pretty sure these balls (or the scent thing or the powder) left oil marks all over my clothes. I’ve use all items as described and nowhere on any of the products does it warn that you may experience oil marks however online, LOTS of people complain about this. I now have spent ALOT of money on these products (4 scent containers, 2 things of powder detergent and a thing of dryer balls) and also ruined many articles of clothing (some brand new) all because of these products. I even tried JUST using the detergent alone, no dryer balls or scent things and they still come out with oil stains. I would like a refund and a remedy on how to fix my clothes."

Barely leaves a scent on

"Barely leaves a scent on my clothes. I tried all 3 balls in three different loads and nothing. My clothes don’t smell great at all. I’m disappointed as I purchased these based off a friend’s recommendation, as her clothes smelled amazing. Not sure what went wrong with mine but I feel that they were not generous with the oils and so it’s basically like throwing my clothes in with plain dryer balls. So disappointing especially at this price point :("
