"The product has a great smell but a bit too oily. Also I purchased the pre wash crystals and those made oil marks on my our clothes so I will not be purchasing that again. Also I don’t feel like the powder laundry soap washing clothes that well. It does give a nice smell but doesn’t clean the best. The lotion is ok but not worth the price."

She treated us like we were being scolded for coming in early to pick up order. The computer crashed (she said that). "Buff City has the best body scrub. It makes your skin soft and smooth. I did not want to drive, so I ordered online. Unfortunately, they sent product in a bag instead of box. Most of the wonderful oil that makes the product so good, leaked out all over the other items ordered and the whole package. Won't order online again, I'll just drive the hour to the store."
